Its award-winning films reach 300 million people worldwide in 180 countries and 33 languages across the global National Geographic channels and direct-to-consumer platforms Disney+ and Hulu. The banner was formally established in 2017 and has earned Oscar, BAFTA, Emmy, and Peabody recognition for films including Free Solo, Sugarcane, Fire of Love, and Bobi Wine: The People's President.
