About

The Misk Foundation (officially the Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Foundation) is a Saudi Arabian non-profit and non-governmental organization established in 2011 by HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The foundation focuses on education, culture, media, innovation, and entertainment, with the aim of discovering, developing, and empowering Saudi youth to become active participants in the future economy. Through its subsidiaries — including Manga Productions (animation and gaming), Misk Art Institute, Misk Schools, ilmi Science Discovery Center, and the Mohammed bin Salman Nonprofit City — Misk operates one of the most comprehensive youth-empowerment ecosystems in the Middle East, aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. The Foundation's entertainment-industry footprint includes animation production, video game investment (including ownership of Japanese game company SNK), and a screenwriting program supporting emerging Saudi filmmakers.
