Producing 10–15 films annually, the studio commands approximately 54% of the Thai domestic box office as of 2024–2025, making it one of the country's most dominant film production entities. Known especially for horror and action genres, M Studio achieved massive commercial success with the 'Death Whisperer' (Tee Yod) franchise, which has collectively grossed over $50 million at the Thai box office.
