Co-founded by producer Bill Todman, Jr. and real estate/banking magnate Edward Milstein, the company is best known for financing and producing feature films including Grandma's Boy (2006) with Happy Madison Productions, Rendition (2007) with New Line Cinema, and Strange Wilderness (2008) with Paramount Pictures. The company operates as a small boutique studio producing and co-financing a diverse slate of content including scripted film, documentaries, and television.
