KoMut Entertainment is a television production company founded by writers-producers David Kohan and Max Mutchnick, whose name is a portmanteau of their two surnames. Best known as the production banner behind the landmark NBC sitcom Will & Grace and its revival, the company has a long-standing overall deal with Warner Bros. Television and has produced numerous multi-camera comedies for broadcast networks. Most recently, KoMut produced the Hulu sitcom Mid-Century Modern (2025), starring Nathan Lane and Matt Bomer, in association with 20th Television.
