ISII Group

ISII Group is a Spanish vertically integrated audiovisual group founded in 2024, operating from Madrid and the Canary Islands with a full value-chain model spanning development, production, post-production, international sales, distribution, and streaming. The group comprises seven specialized business units: four production companies (Inefable Productions for fiction, Isora Films for documentary, Sinapsis Studios for animation, and SIA Production Systems for service production and post-production), the international sales and distribution arm Deep Com Roots, the financial and regulatory consultancy KBCF Consulting, and the short-form OTT platform Divergente. Led by President Silvia Carvalho, the group debuted at Berlin's European Film Market (EFM) in February 2026 and has positioned itself as a unique industrial model in European cinema, combining private investment attraction with a major-studio-style operational structure.
