Inaugural Entertainment

Inaugural Entertainment is an L.A.-based independent film production and distribution studio founded in 2025 by ex-BET executive Marvin Neil and indie film financier Kevin Weisberg, focused on producing, acquiring, and distributing commercially-driven films from underrepresented voices. The company offers a full suite of releasing services including theatrical, PVOD, TVOD, SVOD, AVOD, international, airline, and hospitality distribution, targeting 6–12 title releases per year. Notable projects include the Green Day–inspired comedy NIMRODS (acquired from Live Nation Studios, releasing August 14, 2026 in partnership with Legion M), the action thriller The Fix (formerly Hotel Tehran, starring Liam Neeson and Zachary Levi), and debut feature Whippin' the Work directed by Allen Maldonado.
