House Productions

House Productions is a London-based independent film and television production company founded in 2016 by former Film4 head Tessa Ross and former Working Title Television chief Juliette Howell. Fully acquired by BBC Studios in December 2021, the company operates with a broadly 50/50 film and TV slate and is known for acclaimed, author-driven projects including Oscar-winning Conclave (2024), BAFTA-winning Sherwood, The Iron Claw, The Zone of Interest, Brexit: The Uncivil War, and The Good Mothers. In January 2026, Juliette Howell departed to become CEO of Lookout Point, with Tessa Ross continuing as sole CEO.
