Honey Trap is a Los Angeles-based feature film and television production company founded in June 2026 by actress-producer Sydney Sweeney alongside longtime creative collaborator Kaylee McGregor, who serves as President of Production and Development. The company operates under a first-look deal with Sony Pictures, building on Sweeney's prior collaborations with the studio including the hit romantic comedy Anyone But You ($210M+ worldwide) and the Barbarella remake at TriStar Pictures. Honey Trap's stated mission is to champion visionary filmmakers and emotionally resonant stories built around contradiction — themes of beauty and danger, intimacy and power — creating bold, cinematic film and television that challenges perception, sparks conversation, and leaves a lasting emotional imprint. Sweeney has also expressed aspirations to eventually direct through the company.
