Grupo Mórbido

Grupo Mórbido (GRUPO MÓRBIDO SA DE CV) is Latin America's leading horror, fantasy, and sci-fi genre entertainment conglomerate, founded in 2008 in Mexico City by Pablo Guisa Koestinger. The group operates as a multi-platform transmedia factory encompassing the Mórbido Film Fest (an internationally recognized annual genre festival and member of the Méliès International Festivals Federation), Mórbido TV (a 24-hour horror pan-Latin American pay TV channel distributed via satellite), Radio Mórbido (a 15+ year radio show broadcast on Ibero 90.9FM), Mantícora Media (its theatrical and content distribution label), and a production arm with 19+ feature film co-productions. Grupo Mórbido also co-founded and operates the Fantastic Pavilion at the Cannes Marché du Film, and runs the Mórbido Lab industry program in partnership with Santiago Festival Internacional de Cine (SANFIC), reaching a social media community of over 6.5 million genre fans.
