The company takes a filmmaker-driven, artist-first approach, intentionally aligning with projects that range in genre and size, partnering with both known and undiscovered filmmakers from around the world. Notable credits include Carol (6 Academy Award nominations), Mrs. America (10 Emmy nominations), Stateless, Shayda, Fingernails, The New Boy, and the upcoming Sweetsick, Alpha Gang, and Peaches. In February 2026, Dirty Films signed a first-look film and television deal with Searchlight Pictures.
