David E. Kelley Productions (DEK Productions) is an independent television production company founded in 1992 by Emmy Award-winning writer-producer and former attorney David E. Kelley. The company has produced over 1,000 hours of television across more than 50 titles, with programs nominated for more than 200 Emmy Awards, and is the banner behind landmark series including Big Little Lies, The Practice, Ally McBeal, The Undoing, Nine Perfect Strangers, Anatomy of a Scandal, The Lincoln Lawyer, and Presumed Innocent. Operating without a studio overall deal, DEK sells directly to premium networks and streamers including HBO, Netflix, Apple TV+, Hulu, and ABC, and is widely regarded as one of the most prolific independent prestige TV production companies in the marketplace. Its active 2025–2026 slate includes Margo's Got Money Troubles (Apple TV+, with A24), and the upcoming Bonfire of the Vanities adaptation (Apple TV+, with Warner Bros.
