D36 is a Los Angeles-based independent record label and music company founded in 2021, specifically focused on amplifying South Asian artists and diaspora musicians worldwide. The company releases music across multiple genres, builds live music infrastructure in major US markets, and develops select music-related projects for film and TV (scripted and unscripted). In 2024, D36 entered into a global joint venture with Sony Music Entertainment to expand the reach of South Asian artists internationally.
