About

Amblin Television is the television production division of Amblin Partners, legally registered as Storyteller TV Distribution Co., LLC. Founded on July 31, 1984 by Steven Spielberg, Kathleen Kennedy, and Frank Marshall as the small-screen production arm for Amazing Stories on NBC, it has grown into a decades-long leader in premium programming across scripted drama, comedy, animation, and documentary content. Led by Emmy, Grammy, and PGA Award-winning co-presidents Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey, the division's culture-defining credits include Masters of the Air, The Americans, ER, Band of Brothers, The Haunting of Hill House and Bly Manor, Halo, Resident Alien, and Animaniacs. In 2013, DreamWorks Television was merged into Amblin Television, significantly expanding its slate and institutional history.
