Abbout Productions is a leading independent film production company based in Beirut, Lebanon, established in 1998, dedicated to producing and co-producing award-winning Arabic-language feature films and documentaries with a distinctly Arab voice. Led by CEO Georges Schoucair and lead producer Myriam Sassine, the company has shepherded acclaimed films to major international festivals including Cannes, Berlinale, Venice, and Toronto. In 2025, Abbout Productions received the prestigious Raimondo Rezzonico Award at the Locarno Film Festival in recognition of their outstanding contribution to independent Arab and Lebanese cinema.
