She is the founder of Vickie Thomas Casting and is best known for her work on prestige television including The Morning Show, The Last of Us, Watchmen, Bel-Air, Insecure, and Bosch: Legacy, as well as major features such as Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Django Unchained, Detroit, and Straight Outta Compton. She won the Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Casting for a Limited Series for Watchmen (2020) and has received additional Emmy nominations for The Morning Show, The Last of Us, Insecure, and Roots. She is a member of the Casting Society of America (CSA).
