Tessa Sarah Ross CBE (born 1961, London) is one of Britain's most distinguished film and television producers. She is CEO of House Productions — a London-based company she co-founded in 2016 with Juliette Howell, now fully owned by BBC Studios — where her credits include the BAFTA Best Film winner and Oscar-nominated Conclave (2024), The Iron Claw (2023), Bird (2024), and executive producer roles on The Zone of Interest (2023) and They Shall Not Grow Old (2018). Previously, as Controller of Film and Drama at Channel 4/Film4 (2000–2014), she championed landmark British cinema including Slumdog Millionaire, 12 Years a Slave, This Is England, Carol, and Ex Machina. She was appointed CBE for services to broadcasting in 2010 and received the BAFTA Award for Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema in 2013.
