Donna Rosenstein is a veteran casting director and executive with decades of television experience, best known for serving as the inaugural Worldwide Head of Casting at Amazon MGM Studios from 2015 to 2025, where she built the casting department from the ground up and oversaw landmark series including The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Reacher, The Boys, Transparent, and Bosch. Prior to Amazon, she ran her own firm, Donna Rosenstein Casting, working on pilots and series such as Castle, Grimm, Ghost Whisperer, and Zoo; she also served as Head of Casting at ABC from 1984–1999, overseeing The Practice, NYPD Blue, Twin Peaks, and Roseanne. She departed Amazon MGM Studios in October 2025 as part of a company-wide reduction in force and, per the IHADLA, now operates as an entertainment consultant.
