David Jonathan Heyman (born 26 July 1961) is an English film and television producer and the founder of Heyday Films, a London-based production company he established in 1997. He is the second-most commercially successful producer of all time, best known for producing all eight Harry Potter films and all three Fantastic Beasts films for Warner Bros., and has since produced acclaimed titles including Gravity, Paddington, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Marriage Story, Barbie, and Wonka — earning four Academy Award nominations for Best Picture across those films. He currently serves as executive producer on the HBO Harry Potter series (in production at Leavesden, scheduled to debut 2027) and was confirmed in March 2025 alongside Amy Pascal as producer of the next James Bond film for Amazon MGM Studios, with upcoming projects also including Jay Kelly (Netflix/Baumbach), Klara and the Sun (Sony/Waititi), Artificial (Amazon MGM/Guadagnino), F.A.S.T., and The Adventures of Cliff Booth (Fincher).
