Channing Powell is an American television writer, producer, and showrunner best known for her extensive work in the Walking Dead universe, including co-creating and showrunning AMC's Tales of the Walking Dead (2022). She began her career as an assistant and writer on USA's White Collar before joining The Walking Dead in Season 4, where she rose from writer to co-executive producer across multiple seasons. She currently serves as co-executive producer on MGM+'s sci-fi horror series From and is developing the serial killer thriller series 4MK with Sylvester Stallone's Balboa Productions, where she will showrun, write, and executive produce.
