Carla Gardini is an Emmy Award-winning producer and longtime senior executive at Harpo Films (Harpo Productions), Oprah Winfrey's production company, where she serves as Executive Vice President of Production & Development overseeing all scripted television and feature film projects. She joined Harpo in 2009 and has been the driving creative executive behind such acclaimed projects as The Hundred-Foot Journey (2014), The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks (2017, Emmy-nominated), Queen Sugar (OWN), Greenleaf (OWN), Black Cake (Hulu, 2023), and The 1619 Project (Hulu, 2023 Emmy winner). Prior to Harpo, she was a production executive at The Weinstein Company, overseeing films including The Great Debaters and Clerks II.
