Harpo Productions, Inc. (also known as Harpo Studios and Harpo Entertainment) is an American multimedia production company founded by Oprah Winfrey in 1986, now headquartered in West Hollywood, California. It is widely regarded as the most successful production company in daytime talk, having produced The Oprah Winfrey Show and developed hit series including Dr. Phil, Rachael Ray, The Dr. Oz Show, and The Nate Berkus Show. The company continues to produce original programming for OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network (of which it holds a 5% minority stake alongside Warner Bros. Discovery) and streaming platforms including Apple TV+, and is recognized as one of the largest Black-owned media companies globally. The parent entity Harpo, Inc. owns Harpo Productions as its sole production subsidiary.
