The Road Theatre Company

The Road Theatre Company is a nonprofit, ensemble-based live theatre company founded in July 1991 and located in the NoHo Arts District of North Hollywood, California. Comprising over 170 actors, directors, writers, and designers, The Road is dedicated to producing world, American, and West Coast premieres of socially and politically relevant new works. The company operates under the Actors' Equity Association Membership Company Rule and is headquartered at the NoHo Senior Arts Colony on Magnolia Boulevard. It is recognized as one of the largest ensemble theatre companies of its kind in the country, earning numerous Ovation Awards, LA Drama Critics' Circle Awards, and LA Times Critics' Choice recognitions.
