Gersh (also known as The Gersh Agency) is the fourth-largest talent and literary agency in the world, founded in 1949 by Phil Gersh and headquartered in Beverly Hills, California. The agency represents award-winning actors, writers, directors, producers, comedians, playwrights, athletes, and below-the-line production talent across film, television, theater, digital, sports, branding, publishing, and more. Following a 2023 equity investment from Crestview Partners and the 2024 acquisitions of A3 Artists Agency's Digital and Alternative departments and global sports agency You First, Gersh has grown to over 600 employees across 16 countries, becoming the fastest-growing major talent agency. As of February 2025, Leslie Siebert serves as sole President — the first woman to lead a major talent agency — with Bob and David Gersh serving as Co-Chairmen.
