Sympathetic Ink

Sympathetic Ink Ltd is an independent British film and television production company based in Highbury, London, founded in 2007 by producer Andy Paterson and screenwriter Olivia Hetreed. The company is best known for producing prestige international co-productions including the BAFTA- and Oscar-nominated Girl with a Pearl Earring and the Colin Firth-starring drama The Railway Man. The company has also been active in development of limited series such as Spy Princess (with Freida Pinto) and The Grand Sophy (with BBC Films), and has appeared at international markets including Toronto and Sarajevo.
