Smallertown Productions is an independent film production company founded in 2015 and based in Auburn, Northern California. The company was co-founded by producer Zac Hersh and director/producer James Rich, and is best known for the horror-thriller 'Follower' (2022), which was acquired by Freestyle Digital Media for VOD release and later sold to Tubi. The company followed up with the sequel 'Followers' (2024), which premiered locally at the Auburn State Theater.
