Ska Films

SKA Films Limited is a British production company co-founded in 1996/1997 by producer Matthew Vaughn (legally Matthew de Vere Drummond) and director Guy Ritchie, based in London, UK. The company produced a string of influential British crime films including Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998), Snatch (2000), and Swept Away (2002). Following the commercial and critical failure of Swept Away and the subsequent departure of Guy Ritchie in 2003, Matthew Vaughn rebranded the production operations under the Marv Films banner (later Marv Studios), though the SKA Films Limited legal entity has remained active on the UK Companies House register through at least 2026.
