Royal Caribbean Productions is the in-house entertainment production division of Royal Caribbean International, operating as the largest premium entertainment producer at sea. Based at a 132,500-square-foot state-of-the-art production facility in North Miami near the FIU campus, the division creates, produces, and manages over 160 fleet-wide productions annually — spanning original signature shows, Broadway-licensed musicals, ice spectaculars, aqua theater shows, and aerial productions — entertaining over 115,000 guests across 60+ onboard venues each night across 28 ships. The team is composed of award-winning creative professionals drawn from Broadway, West End, broadcast television, film, and themed entertainment, and maintains a talent pool of over 200,000 performers supported by 2,000+ technicians.
