Pictanovo

Pictanovo is the regional film and audiovisual support agency for the Hauts-de-France region of France, founded in 1985 as the Centre Régional de Ressources Audiovisuelles (CRRAV) and operating as a nonprofit association. It serves as both a regional film fund and film commission, co-producing and co-financing over 230 works per year — including feature films, documentaries, TV fiction, short films, animation, and video games — with an annual investment of approximately €8.6 million. Pictanovo also provides film shooting facilitation services (location scouting, crew directories, permits), professional training, equipment rental, and innovation support across three hub sites in the Hauts-de-France region.
