Páramo Films

Páramo Films is a Colombian documentary film production company founded in 2017 by Hanz Rippe and Fernanda Pineda, with over 10 years of collective experience in audiovisual production. The company specializes in socially engaged documentary narratives centered on Latin American peoples, focusing on issues of identity, memory, indigenous and Afro-Colombian communities, environmental conservation, and cultural resistance. Their films have screened at major international festivals including Oberhausen, BFI Flare, Visions du Réel, and São Paulo International Short Film Festival, winning numerous awards. Their project 'La Sombra de Yolüja' won the prestigious Vision Sud-Est Award at Visions du Réel 2024.
