About

The Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF) is a Tony Award-winning regional repertory theatre founded in 1935 in Ashland, Oregon, and is among the oldest and largest professional non-profit theatres in the nation. Each season, OSF presents up to 10 plays and musicals — including works by Shakespeare, other enduring classics, and new works — across three stages: the Angus Bowmer Theatre, Thomas Theatre, and outdoor Allen Elizabethan Theatre. OSF draws approximately 400,000 visitors annually and operates an extensive education, engagement, and community outreach program. It received the Special Tony Award for Outstanding Regional Theatre in 1983 and has presented productions on Broadway and internationally.
