Night Train Media

Night Train Media GmbH (NTM) is a Munich-based European production and financing company founded in February 2020 by Herbert L. Kloiber, former Managing Director of Tele München Group (TMG). The company specializes in the co-production and co-financing of high-end English-language films, scripted series, and documentaries for the international market, with expertise spanning development, gap financing, tax credit cash-flowing, and international distribution. NTM has co-produced titles for BBC, Netflix, Channel 5, and Paramount+, and in March 2026 divested its stakes in Eccho Rights, BossaNova Media, and Curve Media back to its private equity backer Serafin Group, refocusing the business on premium fiction co-production and co-financing.
