New Nordic Films

New Nordic Films is the annual film market and industry platform of the Norwegian International Film Festival, held each August in Haugesund, Norway. Now in its 32nd edition (2026), it is Scandinavia's premier industry marketplace for Nordic cinema, showcasing 50+ forthcoming Nordic feature-length films through a Nordic Co-Production Market, Works in Progress presentations, and networking events. It attracts approximately 300–350 invited international industry professionals from over 30 countries, including sales agents, buyers, distributors, festival programmers, and producers seeking co-production partnerships and financing.
