Hoorae Media (pronounced 'hooray') is an American independent multimedia production company founded by Issa Rae in September 2020, succeeding Issa Rae Productions. The company is dedicated to promoting Black, women, and underrepresented voices in entertainment, operating across film, television, audio, and talent management. Its divisions include Hoorae Film & TV, Raedio (a music label and 'audio everywhere' company in partnership with Atlantic Records), and ColorCreative (a talent management agency). In January 2026, Hoorae signed a three-year first-look film and television deal with Paramount.
