Hangar 18 Media is a Toronto-based Canadian genre film production company founded in 2017 as a joint venture between Raven Banner Entertainment and 9 Light Entertainment (9 Light Film Capital). The company develops and produces genre films in-house to ensure complete creative control from inception to final delivery, while also providing production services for Canadian, U.S., and international projects and pursuing co-production opportunities with global partners. With over 13 feature-length productions to date — including the record-breaking Shudder Original V/H/S/94 and SXSW world-premiere Brooklyn 45 — Hangar 18 has established itself as a key player in the Canadian and international independent genre film space.
