Hanaway Films

HanWay Films is an independent British international sales, distribution, and marketing company specialising in theatrical feature films, founded in 1998 by Oscar-winning producer Jeremy Thomas and acquired by Cohen Media Group in August 2022. Based in London, the company works with visionary filmmakers to arrange financing, sales, marketing, and distribution for high-profile independent films from around the world. HanWay manages a library known as HanWay – The Collections, encompassing over 500 titles representing landmark works from directors including Fritz Lang, Alfred Hitchcock, Bernardo Bertolucci, David Cronenberg, and Jane Campion. In January 2025, HanWay also became the main representative of the Cohen Film Collection.
