About

Gilga is a multidisciplinary production company and creative studio founded by Donald Glover, operating as both a production entity and an artistic incubator for film, television, music, and experimental storytelling. Headquartered on a farm in Ojai, California, it functions as a collaborative hub where writers, filmmakers, and musicians develop projects across multiple media formats. The company is named after Gilgamesh, the mythic Mesopotamian hero, and its notable productions include the Amazon Prime Video series Swarm (2023) and Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2024), as well as the later seasons of the FX series Atlanta.
