FX Networks

FX Networks, LLC is an American media company and subsidiary of Disney Entertainment Television, the television division of The Walt Disney Company, built around the cable channels FX, FXX, and FX Movie Channel (FXM), plus in-house studio FX Productions. Launched in 1994, FX is widely regarded as a prestige basic cable brand known for bold, fearless storytelling, producing critically acclaimed hits including Shōgun, The Bear, American Horror Story, Fargo, and The Shield. Under Chairman John Landgraf, FX won a record 36 Emmy Awards in 2024 — more than any other network or streamer — and now distributes its original programming across linear cable and via an FX content hub on Hulu and Disney+.
