Fontana Distribution was Universal Music Group's independent music distribution arm, operating as a physical and digital distributor for independent labels and artists in North America. In 2012, San Francisco-based digital distributor INgrooves acquired Fontana Distribution from UMG, with the combined entity rebranded as INgrooves Fontana and relocating to Los Angeles.
