Expansiva Cine

Expansiva Cine is a Panamanian film production company co-founded by producer Isabella Gálvez Peñafiel and filmmaker Rodrigo Quintero Arauz, built around a philosophy of honest, author-driven cinema. The company has produced and co-produced films that have screened at major international festivals including TIFF, SXSW, IDFA, San Sebastián, and the International Film Festival of India (IFFI-Goa). In addition to film production, Expansiva Cine offers filmmaker training programs and actively pursues international co-productions to expand the reach of Panamanian and Central American cinema.
