EMU Films

EMU Films is a London- and Manchester-based independent film production company founded in 2012 by partners Mike Elliott, Jim Mooney, and Walli Ullah. The company is known for championing debut and early-career filmmakers with high-quality, low-budget festival hits such as The Goob, Catch Me Daddy, Dirty God, Jawbone, and Benediction, as well as co-producing Steve McQueen's acclaimed BBC anthology series Small Axe. EMU also has a commercials arm called Emu Associates and has growing ambitions in high-end television.
