Elysian Film Group

Elysian Film Group is a London-based British production and film company founded in 2018 by former Studiocanal UK CEO Danny Perkins and acclaimed producer Kate Solomon. The company aims to become the home for the best in British film and television, producing and delivering premium filmed entertainment to audiences in the UK and around the world. Its distribution subsidiary, Elysian Film Group Distribution — which was backed by a minority investment from CAA and was notable for distributing Studio Ghibli titles in the UK — entered insolvency in June 2026, while the production arm continues to operate and has produced titles including The Magic Faraway Tree and Fackham Hall.
