Dos de Patos

Dos de Patos is a Costa Rican independent film production company led by producer Paula Vázquez, focused on the development and co-production of narratively ambitious, socially engaged Latin American cinema. The company actively participates in regional co-production networks, including the Costa Rica Media Market's Desde El Centro co-production forum. Its most prominent project to date is the queer coming-of-age feature 'The Beast Is Not to Blame' (No culpen a la bestia), directed by Luis Diego Pérez, co-produced alongside Costa Rica's Páramo Films and Panama's Expansiva Cine.
