Dharamsala

Dharamsala is an independent French film production company founded in Paris in 2001 by producer Isabelle Madelaine. The company specialises in auteur-driven French cinema, accompanying directors from short films through to their debut and subsequent feature films, with a particular focus on drama. Its slate includes acclaimed features such as Proxima (Alice Winocour), Augustine (Alice Winocour), Maryland / Disorder (Alice Winocour), Mascarades (Lyes Salem), Nobody Else But You / Poupoupidou (Gérald Hustache-Mathieu), and the 2025 release Magma (Cyprien Vial). Dharamsala also engages in co-production and international sales activities and is a member of UniFrance.
