David Frigerio Films

David Frigerio Films is a California-incorporated production company founded by American screenwriter and producer David Frigerio, primarily used as a corporate vehicle for his early feature film productions including Wreckage (2010). Frigerio's more recent productions — including Land of Bad (2024), Muzzle (2023), Muzzle: City of Wolves (2025), and Beast (2026) — have been produced through his successor/current banner, Broken Open Pictures, a Los Angeles-based independent film production company co-run with RuthAnne Frigerio. The company is known for action thrillers and genre films distributed through major partners such as Lionsgate, Focus Features, Screen Media, and Highland Film Group.
