Cinetic Media is a New York-based independent representation, advisory, and entertainment services firm founded in 2001 by John Sloss. The company offers a fully integrated suite of services including talent management, film finance, content sales and distribution, marketing & PR, and corporate advisory for media enterprises. Cinetic is best known for structuring landmark finance and sales transactions for independent films — including some of the most significant deals in Sundance and Cannes history — and has managed the sale of more than 600 films. The firm also operates Cinetic Marketing, a boutique PR and marketing division, and recently launched Cinetic Library Services to oversee re-licensing of iconic indie titles.
