Carrousel Studios

Carrousel Studios is an artists-first European independent production and financing company founded in March 2024 by actor-producer Omar Sy, director-producer Louis Leterrier, and entrepreneur-producer Thomas Benski, with backing from CAA Media Finance. The company develops and produces commercial films and high-end TV series for global audiences, focusing on elevated action, thrillers, sci-fi, fantasy, and comedy. Operating across Paris, Dakar, New York, and Los Angeles (with a London presence also noted at launch), Carrousel leverages European tax incentives, co-production frameworks, and branded content opportunities to finance ambitious international content, led operationally by CEO Cécile Gaget, a veteran French film executive previously at Wild Bunch, Anton, and Gaumont.
