Cairo Cowboy

Cairo Cowboy is a boutique entertainment production company founded by Emmy-nominated Egyptian-American creator, writer, director, and comedian Ramy Youssef, co-led by Andy Campagna (formerly Senior VP of Television at Esmail Corp). The company is best known for producing the Golden Globe and Peabody Award-winning Hulu series 'Ramy,' the Netflix Peabody and Gotham Award-winning series 'Mo,' HBO comedy specials 'Ramy Youssef: Feelings' and 'Ramy Youssef: More Feelings' (the latter co-produced with A24), and the 2025 Amazon Prime Video adult animated series '#1 Happy Family USA' (co-produced with A24). As of August 2024, Cairo Cowboy holds a first-look TV deal with Netflix to develop and create serialized scripted projects, and is currently in pre-production on the Netflix scripted comedy series 'GOLF,' co-created with Will Ferrell. The company's mission is to develop original film and television content centered on important narratives and serve as an incubator of emerging Muslim talent.
