Brillstein Entertainment Partners (BEP) is a legendary Hollywood talent management and television/film production company, widely regarded as the original management-production firm. Founded in 1969 by Bernie Brillstein and formalized in its current iteration with Brad Grey in 1986, it has represented top-tier actors, writers, directors, comedians, authors, and producers — with a roster historically including Brad Pitt, Florence Pugh, Adam Sandler, Elizabeth Olsen, Rachel Brosnahan, and Seth Meyers. In September 2023, BEP was acquired by Casey Wasserman's global sports, music, and entertainment company (now operating as THE·TEAM), with all senior leadership remaining in place. The company also operates Brillstein Creative Partners (BCP), a standalone scripted TV development and production subsidiary with a First Look deal at Paramount Television Studios and projects set up at Netflix, Disney, and Amazon.
