Blur Studio, Inc. is an award-winning, privately held CG animation, visual effects, and production company founded in 1995 and based in Los Angeles, California. Co-founded and owned by director Tim Miller (Deadpool, Terminator: Dark Fate), the boutique studio of approximately 100 employees specializes in high-end CGI animation, visual effects, game cinematics, commercials, and original content. It is best known for producing the thirteen-time Emmy-winning Netflix anthology series Love, Death + Robots (Seasons 1–4) and the Amazon Prime Video animated anthology Secret Level, and for its extensive game cinematic work for franchises such as Call of Duty, Valorant, League of Legends, and Gears of War. Blur is profitable, debt-free, and independently operated, maintaining a boutique model that emphasizes artistic quality over scale.
